About me
Hi, and welcome! Thanks for taking the time to visit my website.
I'm a multidisciplinary designer prefers to work on large, complex, data-driven projects from research to post-launch, working collaboratively with business analysts, visual designers and developers to translate user needs, business objectives into an innovative user experience.
I have around 16 years of experience in the digital industry, working on a variety of projects which includes e-Commerce, Social Media, Travel, Real Estate, Restaurants sectors for both Touch & Desktop platforms.
In my career, I was fortunate to work on major brands like Harrods, Cartier, Vogue, Johnson & Johnson, Vodafone, Cisco, SAP, DKNY, JML, BMI Baby, Citroen, Clinique, Chivas Regal, Gatwick, Cargiant, Unilever, Wipro, SITA, Which?.
I firmly believe that design is truly about problem-solving by understanding user's needs with empathy. I try to keep myself updating with the emerging technologies or at least know what's in the trend and how it is going to affect the market. Recently I completed my Voice Design course from UX Academy, to understand what's involved in making a voice skill. I see the future will be around AR, VR technologies and I read them when I get a chance.
As a next step, Service Design is something which I'm considering to get into. To me, all these different technologies (Voice/AR/VR) helps to improve the experience of a service only if there is a real need for them to be used.
I prefer to work in different sectors because I'm certain that it helps me to think broadly and see the problem in a different direction. At the end of the day, for any type of business, the solution can be only given considering their user group and insights.
I enjoy travelling to experience different cultures, and I'm into photography as well my favourites are landscapes and architecture. Other than these two, I would love to go cinemas and do cycling to keep myself fit.
